Round 2 will be Best of 5:

game1: mayan war
game2: Winner of game 1 will choose same civ. [no mayan]
game3: Loser of game 1 will choose same civ for both. [no mayan and no game2 civ]
game4: random civ.
game5: Swap civ. based on game 4.

Could you please change the game 3 setting as in, Loser of game 1, not game 2, should choose the civ for both player... as in if some1 loses the first game, and wins the second, he dont get to choose civ even a single time, but the other person chooses it twice.

Also, is same civ allowed in 2nd match and 3rd match... I mean its possible that all of first 3 could be mayans war...

Make it like this -
Game 2 always loser should pick any but SAME civ for both. Viking vs aztec on water map will suck. So keep it SAME CIV.
Game 3 Winner of Game 1 can pick any SAME civ (not repeated) for both.

btw how is Red Baron in R2. He lost R1 right?

Looking at the way rules were made up for 1st and 2nd rounds, i'd say, this is EXACTLY like bureaucrats who run sports
