well gr is a platform for aoe, but waaaay quicker then voobly in starting up and game joining etc.. with obvious interface drawbacks, like all games in one room, 50% ppl scenario players, overall 70% ppl <16xx.. etc..
but u can find gud players also, so its ok ^^

not really, a rating system is very important to play especially for team games. Game ranger has 60% hackers compared to a 20% hackers on voobly(only CS, non existent in RM).

You are only helping kill the game by playing there, voobly is the strength of aoc, thats where all the top players play.

And LOL at 70% players less than 16xx. I'd say there are at least 95% less than 17xx, even the gay hamachi networks are way way better than GR. The guy who promotes gameranger does it in a gay manner.

And don't play vs players who are less than u in skill level and when u know u win 95% of the time, I don't understand how that is better than playing vs comp.
