I want this rule to be reconsidered at least for the first stage.
It should have been like "Each player in first stage is supposed to play at least one game against a team, but can be relaxed if both teams agree"
This is because it is very tough to schedule with all people.

In Final stage anyways people will be interested if their team reaches final stage and make more effort in scheduling...
